One of the main reasons behind creating Smiling Faces Travel Photos was to make this a community project. Although I have well over a thousand personal smiling faces travel photos that I plan on using on this site, I would like to feature guest post photos of others experiencing a special moment – with a local or a self-portrait – that holds personal sentimental value.
If you would like to contribute a daily photo to this site there are just a few simple guidelines:
1) Obviously the photo HAS to be be of a smile 🙂
2) Please submit photos in their original size (minimum of 850 megapixels – preferably much higher).
3) Photo can be of others (such as locals) or of yourself (solo or with friends and family) experiencing a special travel moment.
4) Please include a brief (100-150 word) write-up describing the background details and context of the photo.
5) Include a short author bio including a link to your main site (if you have one) along with ways one can get in touch with you on various social media platforms (such as facebook, twitter, google +, stumble upon, pinterest, etc).
